Slipknot’s Clown // Devils Carnival

SLIPKNOT percussionist Shawn “Clown” Crahan will make his acting debut in “The Devil’s Carnival”, the new project Darren Lynn Bousman is directing that is being seen as a companion piece of sorts to “Repo! The Genetic Opera”. “I am very honored to have been asked to be a part of this project. Said Crahan. “I play a character called The Tamer. And let me tell you, there is a little Tamer in all of us. “It’s always been a dream and a goal for me to try and act in something that is filmed besides music videos. “I am very honored to have the opportunity to have worked with so many talented actors and people who are involved in making this production come to life.”

In addition to Crahan, the “The Devil’s Carnival” cast consists of “Repo! The Genetic Opera” co-creator Terrance Zdunich, as well as “Repo!” stars Alexa Vega, Ogre and Paul Sorvino. Emilie Autumn and Sean Patrick Flanery have also joined with already announced Bill Moseley and Briana Evigan and Marc Senter.

In other slipknot related news, Corey Taylor’s Book, Seven deadly Sins has been out for a while now and were a little way through it, and so far it’s very very good. So if you haven’t already got your hands on a copy, we suggest you do so now!
